I work at a day care. I am in 3-4 year old room. I work between 4-6 hours a day. There is NO sitting and I am constantly on the move. How would you input that into your workout log. I put it as "cleaning, light" for only 120 minutes but I am not so certain that is right. Any suggestions?

couldnt you just set it as an active lifestyle and then not log it?

I would suggest not even logging it... that way you don't give yourself extra calories and chance not losing if you work a little less one day.

I would change your lifestyle to light active and then not log that activity. Unless your heart rate is up you aren't burning a ton of additional calories, plus logging it everyday would get tiresome. I would definitely say your lifestyle is fairly active because of the job, similar to someone who waitresses 8 hour shifts or a mailman walking routes.
