Cup of tea when your hungry?
Hi Does anyone else do this, when I'm at my desk and I'm feeling peckish, do you have a cup of tea? It makes me feel fuller, stops me snacking and as i have to wait ages for it to cool down so its drinkable kills some time :) it seems to work for me and just thought i'd see if i was the only one :drinker:

very sore legs, lesson learned! Do warm down...
So i started my running again yesterday and did 3 min running, 2 min walking for 30 min, followed by a 5 min walk at the end Then I got home and sat down, forgot to do a real warm down and didnt stretch, and I am feeling it now! Every muslce in my legs hurts! Next time, I am warming down!
