LOL, yes I went ahead and rested and then went back to see how to rearrange my rest days and seen that I actually was supposed to be doing chest/triceps today :( O'well I will make it up! Thanks!

I love lifting too and am also new to it!! I wish I would have started sooner, I never dread going to the gym like I did when I did straight cardio :) Anyone can feel free to add me too always looking for more friends and motivation :)

Hi everyone :) I log in everyday and try to motivate as much as possible! I am on a 101 day streak for logging in! I workout and eat a low calorie most of the time but I still eat candy, drink beer and cheeseburgers when I want. I have lost 18 pounds and would love to help anybody that would like to add me :)

I have a Polar FT4 HRM and I love it! I won't work out without it :) My average burn for fast paced cardio is about 10 calories per minute when my heart rate is elevated. What calculation did you use?? I have seen a couple different results so want to make sure that I am accurately calculating it :)

Rigger, how do you know how many minutes per week you should be working out. Do you have a calculation that you use to figure your TDEE amount?

I really like every workout DVD I have done :) Last year I did the Insanity Program and loved it!! I am going to look into buying some beach body DVD's after I get done with the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution program! I do Zumba on you tube also. I love things like kickboxing also. I don't necessarily feel bad meeting my calorie goal as long as I am not eating unhealthy snacks. I struggle with picking the snacks that are unhealthy. Say if I had 200 for snacks left, I feel bad if I eat a bag of skittles rather than a piece of fruit or something. I usually grab the most convenient thing that is around…
