Working out when you are already sore? HELP

I am following the Jaime Eason 12 week strength training program. I did legs on Monday and today I am still so sore, it hurts to walk. She has a leg day scheduled again today....should I go ahead and try to do it even though I am still sore?

Yes. Pushing through soreness is fine. I find that days 3 and 4 of a new program are the worst for me, but by day 5 most of the soreness is gone.0

If it hurts to walk, you're still damaged from the last workout, so no, i wouldn't do a full leg day. Light exercise is fine though as an "active recovery" (elliptical machine, bodyweight squats, etc).
If i remember correctly, her program has leg days 3 days apart, not 2. Anyway, here is my opinion of her program:

This really depends on your level of conditioning. After you've been training for a while it doesn't matter as much as when you're first starting out. Most of us have to just fit our workouts in whenever we can so there are weeks where I wind up deadlifting on Friday and Squatting on Saturday. It's uncomfortable but you've just gotta do what you've gotta do! Good luck.0

Depends...
If you're sore enough that it's effecting your form, I'd skip it. You could injure yourself in another way and set yourself back even more. Take an active rest day - meaning do something else but not too intense and stretch really well afterwards.
If you're just sore enough so it's a little tough to do the moves but your form is still spot on, then sure, push through.0 -

LOL, yes I went ahead and rested and then went back to see how to rearrange my rest days and seen that I actually was supposed to be doing chest/triceps todayO'well I will make it up!

I'd go for a light walk instead.0

It's perfectly fine to exercise through soreness. In fact, I find that it often helps to get a good stretch in the muscles and get the blood rushing through them. Just make sure you warm up properly.0
