Finely chop some green onion, cucumbers, carrot, red onions, tomatoes, and put them into cottage cheese with some salt and pepper! Amazing

Season chicken however you like it, Broil till done, then add a little bit of rotel tomatoes and crumbled goat cheese. Had it two time this week it was so good! The second time I sauteed some spinage with slices of fresh garlic and red onions and put that under the rotel tomatoes. Great!

Oh yes and jogging that in 13 mins is pretty good, and i am very impressed with 30 push ups! I can barely do one!

There is not much that you can sub for sour cream. I have a recipe that uses cream of mushroom soup ( they have a fat free version of that also ) with just a little bit of sour cream. The best you can do is just look for the fat free kind.

I am in my second week, Arms and Shoulders and ab ripper today! Cant do pull ups for anything though. I am on a very strict diet, something my moms personal trainer gave her.
