You should look into digestive enzymes. I used to have similar problems (and did for many many years...). I started taking digestive enzymes and now I'm normal. I haven't ever gone every day but I am now! Sometimes more than once.

To get further into ONEderland so that even clothed at the end of the day I don't see that 2 in front of my weight. :)

I played with the same pound for almost a month. Losing .5, gaining 1, losing 1, gaining .5... etc. etc. etc. I stuck with it though and then all of a sudden lost 4 lbs in one week. Just stay with it, don't give up. :)

I messed up my knee over the weekend so I've had the past few days off the shred. Knee still isn't 100% and I'm out of the state on a business trip all next week. If I feel back to 100% when I get back, I'll restart the shred. I was seeing amazing results in inches lost and I'm sad that I had to stop.

Looks like there are a couple of us with knee issues now... I took a day off to rest my knee. Although I'm not certain mine was related to the 30DS. I did day 1 of level 2 last night. I sweated my rear off. Jillian kicked my bootay! My thighs are killing me and my shoulders are screaming too. My knee however is really buggin'. Good job! I juice fasted for 4 days last month and didn't lose but one lb or so. However, my goal was to cleanse and I had AMAZING energy and wasn't hungry at all. :) Keep it up!

I am on Day 10 of Level 1 today... Level 2 starts tomorrow. I watched it last night. I'm scared I won't be able to walk or lift my arms again like after the first few days of Level 1. LOL :) Level 1 was my calves. OMG they killed me. I think Level 2 will be more arms and abs. Guess I'll find out! :) Great workout!

Level 1 Day 10 tonight! I watched level 2 last night. Uhmm... I think I'm gonna die. :) Can't wait to see the difference at the end.
