Moving my "sign up" info to this thread so I'll know what I started at when I weigh on Friday!
SW as of 09/29 (my last weigh in from September): 207.4
Goal for October: 204
Self-Challenge: Exercise at least 1 hour a week total0 -
I wish I would have seen this last week I would have joined for sure. I will keep a eye out if you do it next month0

I still weigh the same 144lbs and I just worked out once last week maybe thats why. I will try to aim for 3 times per week. I am doing the wii biggest loser and have lost quite a bit with that I just have to keep it up.0 -

Hello! How is everyone doing? I am feeling great! I have implemented walks during my lunch hour, and have just ordered Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred! I am very excited!!!

Tomorrow I am going out of town for a wedding. I am planning on eating and drinking, and although in moderation, probably more than I should! I am hoping to start 30DS on Monday.
