Tomorrow I am going out of town for a wedding. I am planning on eating and drinking, and although in moderation, probably more than I should! I am hoping to start 30DS on Monday.

Update: I did 2 real resistance training days and one of just pull-ups. 2 interval cardio. And managed 4-5 cardio days. Not a great week. But It'll have to do.0 -
