    Hello! How is everyone doing? I am feeling great! I have implemented walks during my lunch hour, and have just ordered Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred! I am very excited!!!

    ** Current weight 150lbs, I'm down 4lbs!! :) Yay! ** Drinking herbal tea with a little honey instead of eating a bag of chips at night is really helping.. go figure! lol

    Here is my weekly weigh in!


    Starting weight for challenge: 134.5 (9/30)
    Current weight: 132 (10/7)
    Goal weight for challenge: 129.5
    Total difference since challenge started: -2.5lbs

    Tomorrow I am going out of town for a wedding. I am planning on eating and drinking, and although in moderation, probably more than I should! I am hoping to start 30DS on Monday.

    Still not drinking enough water, it's too cold for water! Considering a very challenging week I am amazed at the 1# loss!! I know I need help staying motivated. Feel free to add me!

    Self-Challenge: Do at least 3 resistance training, 2 interval cardio training, and 3 steady state cardio workouts per week.
    Update: I did 2 real resistance training days and one of just pull-ups. 2 interval cardio. And managed 4-5 cardio days. Not a great week. But It'll have to do.

    congrats to all those who had loss & as for those like myself i guess we just have to keep at it. I was so stressed out this past week i was not even able to make the 4000 cal burn as i challenged myself. i definitely will aim to do so this coming week. Have a gr8 week every1 & DONT GIVE UP:noway:
