yeah it seems you should do what works for you at the end of the day! My problem is im always hungry lol, and why im on here, iv'e found it harder as iv'e go a little bit older to lose it quite so easily!

If you have started a billion times i have started more :) im here for a few months,do well and then something comes up and i forget to log etc and right back to start again!! I go up 10lb, i lose 10lb and so on.Haven't got a massive amount to lose but feel free to add me for support, chats etc, im in the uk :)

My daughters primary teacher asked the kids to draw a picture of what your daddy does...my girl drew a pic of her daddy with a beer in his hand....Akward :/ she didn't realise it was what your daddy did for a job!

Ok...i googled it and OMG ive lost 2 of those 5lb lumps of fat, whilst im so pleased with the loss,im also a wee bit grossed out by it too :)

Iv'e tried it before...and wished i hadn't :( I felt sick for hours after (Nauseas) and it didn't help with problem for which i tried it lol! But thats just my experience and im sure it agrees with others just not me...i guess it's worth a go tho but i know you have to drink lots of water too!

Thanks guys, it is hard and have no intention of stopping just having a moan :) My mother tells me the reason im not losing is cos im at the weight im meant to be lol (bless her), im 131lbs and im 39yrs old, only another 3lbs and i will be delighted :)

Thanks guys, some great answers...iv'e tried the really low carb but i just can't do it lol, but i am trying to keep to about 150/170 a day, hopefully wil start losing again soon :)

Hey, i have been here 3 months now, lost 11lbs and then hit a wall( or a plateau) trying to lose the last few lbs and cutting down on carbs..well im trying too anyway, wishing you luck and welcome to add as a buddy, im in 'not so sunny Devon'! :)

I would like to know how you go over on fibre please lol, i need to keep mine up all the time and with a gluten allergy i struggle a bit, all my fibre comes from fruit and veg right now :)

First thing i notice is your back, you have lost it there for sure and when that happens clothes immediatley look and fit better and you appear to be standing taller in the second pic...well done you, you look great :)

im the same nearly 4 weeks now and the exact same weight every weigh in, ive upped my cals to 1400 a day from 1200, hoping i see some change :)

Im 5ft 2in and weigh 132lb just been on the link that psulemon suggested and they say 2046 cals a day as i excersise and have a physical job as a restaurant manager so am on my feet alot and i should continue to see a steady weightloss...it seems sooo much to be ble to lose weight still but loads of peeps on here have said…

I would say wait a few days and if it stays the same, assuming you weigh first thing in the morning before breakfast then i would count it as a loss...you have to try and break the habit of weighing a few times a day, you eat throughout the day so goes without saying your weight will go up. step on the scales first thing…

Excersise bike, vigorous pace...my butt, hips and knees are shrinking....right now thats all i do as i have a very physical job and on my feet maybe 8/9 hours a day on average when working and dnt have time for much else...but pedal as fast as you can for aslong as you can, it's worked for me, now i need to think toning…

Im no expert but id check the gltuen free bread, id pt money on it that those cals are wrong and its not giving you a carb allowance for it either..which would be high as it's still bread!
