Trouble with carbs

I seem to be going over on my carbs everyday. even if im within my calories im still over in the carbs column. how bad is this for you? any reccommendations for quick easy low carb foods?

    Open your diary. I can give suggestions.

    Edit: Chicken, tuna, or any meat/seafood is carb free just as long as you're doing it w/o breading. Green veggies (green beans, kale, spinach - all low in carbs and packed with vitamins). I eat a very bland/boring diet but for good reason.

    The easy answer is "Don't eat food with lots of carbs in it." If you make your diary visible, then we could be more specific you your normal diet.

    In general, meats, leafy green veggies, eggs, and cheeses don't have much in the way of carbs. Fruits and "white" veggies do have a lot of carbs, as well as the obvious bread, pasta, rice.
  • eat less carbs and more veg/meat/fish. there are carbs in veg so you wont be losing out. the only way really to stop going over is to eat less of them
