    I always have some in my cupboard. I used it a few years ago to do a 'cleanse" with bentonite (sp?) clay and I don't know if it did anything but it made you go very nicely. Not urgent but just easily with a surprising amount of bulk. Sorry if it's TMI but I assumed that was your question ;-). Now I use it after a particularly bad day (fried junk) but I eat a lot of fiber so I don't need it for the extra fiber.

    Oh, and it's a really gross texture if you just mix it with water but it doesn't taste like anything. You can disguise it by adding it to cooked food like oatmeal, rice, or pasta sauce. Just make sure you drink extra water with it - I mean LOTS.

    I find it constipates me so I use citrucel everyday. It works great!

    Yes. I do on days where my fibre intake is looking low.

    Iv'e tried it before...and wished i hadn't :( I felt sick for hours after (Nauseas) and it didn't help with problem for which i tried it lol! But thats just my experience and im sure it agrees with others just not me...i guess it's worth a go tho but i know you have to drink lots of water too!
