There's great support on this site! I found that once I started adding "friends" from the site, especially those with similar goals and lifestyles, that it helped me stay on track and more accountable for my slip-ups (although I have been sick and off-track lately). Best of luck!!!

I love smoothies too! I haven't found a protein powder that I like and I'm also concerned about getting bulky (I know that won't happen overnight and my trainer from over the summer said that doesn't happen but its still a concern of mine, I can't really be talked out of it lol). I feel like I'm eating SO many carbs though since fruits and veggies are mostly carbs... especially when l make veggies with pasta or something like that.

I was just going to post the same question! I feel like when I do exercises to strengthen them I'm never doing it right and it doesn't do anything. I was thinking pilates? Anyone have any other ideas?
