I'd like to be in the 160's in November. That would be about 10 pounds for me. I've added two more trainer workouts to my week in order to accomplish this goal.0

I just started this whole fitness thing today! and I would love to lose 12 lbs. 148 to 136, it would ideal if i could lose more! I love the support here.0

(p.s my ticker won't go down for a while... only because I won't weigh myself for two weeks... gonna make sure I've got my foods and macros in check and my daily jogwalks routines are consistent!)
