My favorite is the Coconut Almond Bar. Tastes like a frozen Almond Joy! I still want to try the coconut milk and the coffe creamers.…

  • 2% now. I used to always drink skim milk, but my husband calls is dirty dish water and won't drink it. Since my son came along and needed whole milk, I couldn't get myself to buy 3 different kinds of milk, so I switched to 2% for myself and my hubby and whole milk for my son. Now I've gotten spoiled and can't stand skim…
  • That sounds yummy. Thanks for the idea!-) I also HAVE to have something sweet everyday. I usually keep hershey sugar free dark chocolate miniatures or a small carton of frozen yoguart in the freezer. I eat a very lowfat diet, so a little extra fat doesn't hurt. I just have to make sure I don't go overboard!

  • I've lost 7 lbs. to date since starting my diet 4 weeks ago. I'm extremely happy with that, but I was just wondering at what point I need to restructer my diet. I'm sure as the weight come off, I'll need to adjust my calorie/fat intake to allow me to continue to loose weight, right? Hope that makes since. TIA!
  • I've been trying to drink more water, but it gets old so occasionally I've been adding crystal light sugar free packets to give it a different flavor. I can still log that as water, right? I told you it may be a dumb one, but I'm confused!

  • Welcome. This is a great website and has been a very helpful part in my diet plan.gle.
  • I was a little worried about that. I actually don't work out right now. Not much time with a 7 month old and full time job. I do plan on trying to start walking in the evening once the time changes and it's day light longer. So I'll probably try to cut back a bit on the protien for now. Thanks for the info!
  • I started my diet last Monday and have already lost 5 lbs. I seem to be doing really good at staying under my calories, carbs, and fat, but seem to always go over my protien by at least 25 to 50. What are the drawbacks of that? I thought protien was good?
  • I've done that before, hehe! I love the idea of putting it in diet root beer!
  • How do you all season your vegi's. I love vegi's, but just really don't know how to cook them to make them taste good, but still keep them healthy. Any suggestions?
  • I must try this. Thanks!
  • I love tuna fish, but have always been scared to try hot tuna casseroles. But this does sound yummy. Think I'll try it soon. Thanks!
