I don't like to cook early either but I've been putting an egg in a small microwaveable bowl (I take the yolk out, but you don't have to) and microwave it for 30-45 seconds while I have my english muffin in the toaster. I grab a piece of cheese (lowfat of course for me), some fully cooked bacon(microwave 30-45 seconds), or ham, or canadian bacon, or turkey bacon, or sometimes I just do the egg and cheese.
There are different English Muffins you can use. I use the original and they're only 120 calories. *****One egg white is only 30 calories******, lowfat cheese I have is only 40 calories per slice, and depending on the meat you use.....my fully cooked bacon I had today was 2 slices for 40 calories. So it only totalled 230 calories and it was goooooooooood  :drinker: :smokin:
Doesn't take long using the microwave......ya don't even feel like you're actually cooking...took me 5 minutes to make it....LOL
Or I just have cereal or a banana or some type of fruit and possibly toast with it. :flowerforyou:
when I enter a hard boiled egg, no yolk, it says 17 cals. so what is the difference between hard boiled and nuked? The white part of the egg only, right? ?????!0 -

I used to be that way to, but now I cook my breakfast every morning. Ceral just doesn't keep me full for very long and I always over eat. I keep egg beaters on hand and any left over vegi's or meat I throw in as well. I can have an omlet in less than 5 minutes. You can add some whole wheat toast as well for a healthy breakfast. And the protien in the eggs helps keep me full.0

I also used to LOVE cereal. But then I started MFP and realized I could have an egg w/ cheese, bacon and two pieces of toast or hashbrowns for less than 300 cals and I was like 'Screw the cereal!' So most of the time I cook a big homemade breakfast for me and my boys. The love it because its delicious, I love it because I can eat a ton, get a whole bunch of protien and not spend many calories.
Since November when I started, I have had cereal for breakfast once - and I never did it again because I was hungry 2 hours later! With my breakfast, I'm normally good for upwards of 5 hours. :bigsmile:0 -
