I eat carbs a lot. I love carbs. I always been a more slim build, so I don't think they're all bad. I think if that's ALL you eat it can be bad, but you should be eating good quality carbohydrates and not processed crap. Can't hurt to try it though, and see how you feel. I think you should. I was pretty ravenous while breastfeeding and lost the weight quickly. I'm sure it's different for everybody but I just ate when I was hungry. I think all my calories went straight to my son and he gained all that CHUB that I lost, and it looked infinitely better on him. :wink: Good luck and happy…

I would say whichever is the most filling and has the least sugar... I personally LOVE Franz San Juan Nine Grain Bread. It may just be a Seattle thing, but it's so good. And it fills you up. Has lots of little nuts and seeds in it.

I like Tapatio hotsauce (I'm particular about the brand) on basically everything. Rice? Tapatio Toast? Tapatio Eggs? Tapatio Meat? Tapatio I've even eaten it on saltines and chex cereal.

Thanks guys! My body fat right now is definitely higher than usual but I'm still in the "average" range for my height. I will keep on keepin on with what I'm doing (I have made some huge changes to my diet in the last couple of months) and have already seen some great results. And you all look AWESOME!

I don't know the answer but I would love to hear what others have to say as I have ankle and knee issues on my left side and have naturally compensated FOREVER with my right side. I know I try to do extra reps with my left side when I'm doing weights and weight machines.... But I have no idea if that does anything.

I agree! I'm amazed by how many people fall for their sales scheme. I even have personal friends that have been trying to sell me that stuff. It's annoying.

I think you made a smart choice. I like the scale because I get weirdly obsessive about numbers, so it's probably not a good thing.
