Day 4 completed. Increased my hand weights by 3 lbs. Day 2 with other lbs. seemed a bit light. Wow, what a difference. I also do Zumba 2x to 3x per week and w/o 30 mins. with a PT 1x to 2x per week. I can feel myself becoming stronger and in better health. ANJU WARRIORS ROCK!!!
