Hey. My mom has a really hectic schedule as well, so she does batch cooking on the weekend. she preps and prepares as much as she can on Sunday so it's all ready for the week. It makes it a little easier later. Good luck!!!

Didn't mean to make it sound like she should overlook it completely. That is why I emphasized to drink A LOT of water towards the end of my statement. The water will help flush some of it out of the body. Thank you for pointing this out. Very good correction. :)

I did take it to help jump start as well. It was okay. I actually prefered my slimquik. The zantrex made me feel jittery. The slimquik helped regulate my hormones and also helps with bloating. Would take it a few weeks at a time and then stop. :) I hope this helps. And good luck!!!!!!!!

I don't deny myself anything. I just don't overindulge. I'm also at maintenance. I did cut out more fast food "junk", sweets and snacks. I barely eat fast food now. Don't really miss it either. Always feel like crap after, so why put myself through that.
