New to the site.

Hello everyone I just signed up on here today. The site
looks like a really great tool to help keep me on track
with my diet.

I have been back on track changing my diet and exercising
again for about 6 months now. I have gone from 285ish to
225. I'm wanting to lose about 10 more pounds. Also wish
to tone up a ton more too.

I'm 35 now and its a ton harder than it was in my 20's.
Sometimes I'm very motivated to hit the gym. Other times
I try to make every excuse I can not to go. But for the most
part I always make myself go.

Hope to meet my goal weight in 2-3 more months. Not trying
to lose it all at once, just slow and steady. I will get there eventually.
