Can you guys give me the amount of calories you burn for each exercise? I know it won't be accurate but itll help out. Ex. Legs and Back: 245

Also, try not to eat a lot before cause that leaves you to deal with a lot of cramps to deal with after.

And make sure to do Turbo Jam first then do Plyometrics. Cause Plyometrics is a killer!

If you do weight training 3 times a week, you can gain 1 pound of muscle a month and about 12-15 pounds a year. Don't worry about the scale. Buy a tape measurer and measure each week. The best way to know you are doing good progress, measure your body fat.

I still think calories are calories. They didn't even say anything about how many calories they were limited to. The people eating the fries gained weight cause it was high in calories. The fruits and vegetables lost weight because of the little calories it has...

For push ups, use a fist instead of your palm/wrist. I also have pain in my knee when biking. And I'm also at the perfect seat hight. Any advice?

A1e you eating them raw? Try steaming/grillimg them and put some lime on them. Or sautee them.
