I know I need to eat them but I feel like I'm just choking them down because I have to which isn't any fun. Does anyone have some suggestions to make veggies more edible without adding tasty and fattening things like cheese! lol

    Grill and spice them?

On a programme I was watching, there was a lady on there who didn't like vegetables so the guy told her to disguise them so she;d eat them. One option is to make a veggie omelette.

I don't really know anything else you could do, but hope this helps :-)

Try topping them with a low fat cheese. I hate veggies too and get most of my servings from drinking things like V8 Splash or Juicy Juice Happy Harvest (or something like that - just like the V8 Splash with veggies in fruit juice.)

You can cut down the calories in the juice by using 3/4 juice 1/4 water.

I personllay love most all veggies, but here's couple of ideas. I make a smoothie - fruits of your choice, greek yogurt, chocolate protien powder, and some liquid (water, juice, almond milk) & ice.....and then throw in a handful of spinach or avacado. You will NOT know it's in there!

If you like mashed potatoes, then steam some cauliflower (don't boil it), mash together half cauliflower & half potatoes with some milk for a mashed potatoe substitute.

Do you really dislike ALL vegetables? Even salads? I know there's other ways to "hide" veggies, but these are 2 that I do frequently, even though I love veggies!

Thanks for your suggestions everyone! I guess i should say MOST veggies. Any kind of beans or peas I don't even touch. I snack on baby carrots but I don't enjoy them and I can't eat them cooked. Broccoli and cauliflower I can do. Love pickles, hate cucumbers. I like corn but I heard that it's actually not a good veggie for you to eat because of the amount of starch. I know, I'm strange. :)

A1e you eating them raw? Try steaming/grillimg them and put some lime on them. Or sautee them.

My hubby hates most veggies too. This may sound funny, but it works for him. He purees them in a mini chopper we have with zesty italian dressing. It doesn't take away all of the veggie taste, but it makes it tolerable enough for him to eat.

You could definitely try drinking some v8. One eight-ounce glass actually has two servings of vegetables in it. Also, you could try "sneaking in" veggies into your meals. For example, if you like smoothies, maybe you could add in some spinach leaves along with the fruit and yogurt; you won't even taste the spinach in there! Also, you could make an egg white quiche, if you like eggs. Mix about five egg whites, some low fat cheese, some asparagus, broccoli, or basically any other vegetable in it. Then, bake them in muffin pans, so you could have single serving quiches for a light lunch or snack. :) Hope that helped!
