I would like to know that as well...0

I use a heart rate monitor (HRM) and plug it in under Cardio.
Total time (duration of DVD)
Calories burnt per HRM
I create a new entry within Cardio, something like...
P90X - Legs & Back & Ab Ripper X
Then I enter my calories burnt and duration the DVD(s) were.
Keep pressing play!
Cheers!0 -
I created an exercise simply called "P90X" and I record the time and calories burned according to my HRM. I didn't make an individual exercise for each workout, I just mention it in a comment under the published burn, and add it to my food diary notes so I know where my exercise calories came from that day,0
