Alternative to Ab Ripper X?
I've done ARX 4 times so far for P90X. The thing is, I don't think benefitting from it. I'm positive I'm not doing 50 percent of the workout right. I can't even straighten my legs for most of them. So do you have an alternative?

Shoes...
I'm looking for some shoes for playing spkrts, doing P90X and Insanity and lifting weights. One of my friends suggested I get some cross training shoes such as the Nike Free TR. I'm wondering if these are good shoes for what I'm doing. And do you have any suggestions as to what shoes to buy?

How many carbs a day?!
I've been reading a lot about how eating less carbs can do more for you but what is the maximum amount of carbs a day should you be getting. MFP says I should eat about 280 carbs but I average about 170. Is that too high?

Confused with calories.
Hello guys, I'm a bit confused with the goal calories and net calories. It says my goal is 2000 calories. Is this talking about the net calories or food calories? Thanks for the help.
