Hello guys, I'm a bit confused with the goal calories and net calories. It says my goal is 2000 calories. Is this talking about the net calories or food calories? Thanks for the help.

Net calories.
Always eat your exercise calories!0 -
Net calories are your calories plus your exercise calories.0

I know what are net calories, but it says my goal is 2000 a day. Does this mean my net calories total or the total food calories?0

If it tells you 2000 calories, that's net.
(food intake calories) - (exercise calories) = (net callories)
Ex:
You eat 2300 calories but burn 200 by doing some cardio. Your net is 2000 and that is what you should work towards.0
