  • I had a bluetooth set (over the head) but dmaaged them due to sweat. Bought a pair of behind the ear waterproof ones and so far so good. The sound isnt as good as my skull candy's, but I can rinse them out after I am done and they dont fall out. H2O Audio Sportswrap Waterproof

Start at 6 for 5 minutes, move to 10 for 5 minutes (pushign with arms and increase ramp to 8), 5 minutes on 12 (pulling with arms and declining ramp to 5), level 10 for 5 minutes and inlcine of 8 (walk backwards) , 5 minutes at 8 and running, then 5 minute cool down.…

  • I am on a low fiber diet due to a medical condition. No wheat or rye, no fillers, no caffeine (a little), no veg's or nuts. Grilled, baked, or steamed. Has been working great. Water intake around 5-6 day as well as ensure to balance out calorie intake which is around 1500.
