I used to have a double chin, and after all the weight loss I've had, its gone away and now I have definition where my jaw ends and my neck begins, it just takes time but you won't be doomed to have a saggy neck, just make sure to drink lotttts of water to keep your skin hydrated and more elastic

As back assword as this sounds, try upping your calories, with those workouts you're doing, you're upping your metabolism, give it a shot for a week or 2 and see what happens, works for me when I hit a plateau

Don't buy into it, willpower is everything! I've known people who's family's are overweight, and they were as well, but they made a lifestyle change and it came off.
