I started keeping track of what I ate on mfp the first part of Feb. I also started using beach body slim in 6,start it up at the same time, I have lost 21lbs, I have been stuck here for about 2 weeks. I am staying under 1200 calories and have switched to Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I am still at 21 lbs lost. Any input on how to get over that 21lbs would be extremely helpful.

As back assword as this sounds, try upping your calories, with those workouts you're doing, you're upping your metabolism, give it a shot for a week or 2 and see what happens, works for me when I hit a plateau0

You have lost 20 lbs in less than month??? If so, definitely slow down on the weight loss and give your body some time to adjust.0

I will try upping calories and see if it makes a difference. I am 61 and stopped smoking almost a year ago, I also retired on disability so there have been a lot of changes and it all showed up as extra weight. Thank you for all the support.0
