My ticker lies!
So when I started, I was at 230 lbs, came back and its showing me at only 5lbs lost, and its just kind of frustrating, is there anyway I can change what my "starting weight' was so it can show what I've actually accomplished?

Strech marks!
So, I'm about 15lbs from my goal, which I'm really happy about, but I'm not noticing any drastic change in my body shape, but I have the "good" stretch marks that show I'm losing.... but I really want to see that big difference in shape... anyone else had this problem? Its pretty discouraging....

no end in sight
So as you can probably tell from my ticker, I have those last 15 elusive pounds.... even though I've lost around 10 labs in the last month, I haven't seen any change in appearance... and its really starting to p!ss me off. Anyone else had this problem before?

My BMR is crazy high!!! WTH?!?!
So based on my activity level, for my BMR i should be 3451.... Wtf?! I've been eating 1540 and been absolutely fine.... not hungry, losing weight and gaining muscle...... so so so so so so so so so confused.....

Insanity Fit tests results over a two week span. Fit Test #1 - #2 1. Switch Kicks: 82 - 119 2. Power Jacks: 42 - 45 3. Power Knees: 64 - 90 4. Power Jumps: 20 - 30 5. Globe Jumps: 9 - 9 6. Suicide Jumps: 10 - 15 7. Push-up Jacks: 10 - 24 8. Low Plank Oblique: 26 - 40 I feel pretty good about my results so far! ^.^
