How did you come up with that calculation? Did you use heybales spreadsheet on the Roadmap group?

You'd have to be a really big guy, over 6 feet tall and bigger than 350 pounds of mostly muscle to get that figure. Perhaps you are confusing your BMR with your TDEE?0 -
used the Harris benedict formula and accounted for the fact that i do intense circuit training 6x a week and thats the figure i came up with..... confused the hell out of me0

BMR = calories to keep your body alive (i.e. not including any activity or exercise
TDEE = BMR + exercise/activity calories
The figure you have sounds like your TDEE, not your BMR, from what you just said
intense circuit training 6x a week does not necessarily give you that high an activity factor. you have to take into account what you're doing for the whole week. A sedentary job + working hard in the gym a few times a week, may only give someone a lightly active activity factor, as that's equivalent to sedentary most of the time, very active for a few hours in the week. Having a very active or manual job will affect your activity factor more than going to the gym will, unless you're in the gym for hours a day.
I have no idea what you do as a job, your activity factor may well be correct, I'm just explaining why it's important to take all of what you do into account, not just what you do in the gym.0 -

Like the above said, that is TDEE, not BMR.0 -

You may be losing weight, but you're NOT building muscle. Practically impossible on a calorie deficit.
