    How did you come up with that calculation? Did you use heybales spreadsheet on the Roadmap group?

    You'd have to be a really big guy, over 6 feet tall and bigger than 350 pounds of mostly muscle to get that figure. Perhaps you are confusing your BMR with your TDEE?

    BMR = calories to keep your body alive (i.e. not including any activity or exercise

    TDEE = BMR + exercise/activity calories

    The figure you have sounds like your TDEE, not your BMR, from what you just said

    intense circuit training 6x a week does not necessarily give you that high an activity factor. you have to take into account what you're doing for the whole week. A sedentary job + working hard in the gym a few times a week, may only give someone a lightly active activity factor, as that's equivalent to sedentary most of the time, very active for a few hours in the week. Having a very active or manual job will affect your activity factor more than going to the gym will, unless you're in the gym for hours a day.

    I have no idea what you do as a job, your activity factor may well be correct, I'm just explaining why it's important to take all of what you do into account, not just what you do in the gym.

    Like the above said, that is TDEE, not BMR.

    As mentioned you figured out your TDEE. And you're eating too little unless you're well over 350lbs and on VLCD. But if that's your pic, I doubt it.
    You may be losing weight, but you're NOT building muscle. Practically impossible on a calorie deficit.
