i luv my diet coke but i think i might hav to agree on caveties there hun but it has hidden calories so i just hav a can once in a while x

u shud have rest days in between ur running if ur not experienced at running as atheletes are

i agree with bjohs all bout portion control and just eat healthy allow urself a treat from time to time and take up exercising to burn the calories that uv consumed :)

if ur exercising ur fat will b turning into muscle which weighs heavier than fat so it could be that

the reason y u hav gained 2lb is because ur fat turns into muscle the more u exercise and muscle weighs heavier than fat... i just started this site monday just gone and i myself hav also lost 5lbs so far but dnt quit now sum wks u weight my not shift but in the long run it will eventually go down if u just concerntrate on…

stock up on easy to reach fruit and veg and try not to buy unhealthy snacks :)

yes its neccessary to hav a rest day to let ur muscles mend as wen u exercise ur muscles tear to make new muscle to u need to rest for this to heal itself otherwise u will hav damage in the long run but if u dnt like to rest try sumthing that is light and not too vigorous

what i would do if i was u is quarter ur calories for example 1370 / 4 = 342.5 cals for brekkie lunch dinner and snacks :) but if u dnt want to eat that many snacks just add them onto the other meals

muscle weighs heavier that fat so the more u exercise the more ur fat turns into muscle so that probs y u aint seen any change on the scales the best thing to do is measure ur waist once a wk aswell as weighing urself that way u will see results better :smile:
