I ran intervals yesterday and today I am so sore. I am especially sore where my leg and hip connect. Holy cow! That is all! :grumble:

Me too, but I am only sore from it because I didnt drink enough water with my Tequila last night.
Dehydration makes muscle soreness WAAAAAYYYYY worse.0 -
u shud have rest days in between ur running if ur not experienced at running as atheletes are0

I used to be really sore after first working out or doing a new exercise routine. However, after getting used to it, the soreness stopped. Make sure you eat some protein after a workout to speed up muscle recovery.0
