I love being in my 40's. I started running and have never been in better shape!

I hit man intense in Nivember and it has been hard for eat to not over eat with the additional calories I'm allotted. I just adjust with my weekly weigh in. If I lose a pound I go to gain a half pound a week if I gain I do the opposite. MFP is really good at their calculations for helping you meet your goals.....

Always naked, always after a morning run, after a shower, before breakfast. That way I am always comparing apples to apples.

I only workout in the am I NEVER eat before working out and I eat something with 15 minutes of walking in the door. Something with protein.

I know how you feel on the knee recovery. I tore my Medial Collateral ligament in my knee 2 years ago. 6 months recovery and Im just registered for my first trail half marathon at the end of April. Suggestion: if you continue to log cleaning and you reach your weekly weight loss goals then continue to log. If you stall for more than 2 weeks cut back on logging it.

Absolutely I lost a lot of weight when I went on a 2 week cleaning bender. As long as you keep purposely moving especially up and downstairs count it.
