Either an apple or a chocolate, depending on how the rest of my day has been.0

Plain nonfat yogurt, truvia, and tablespoon of sugarfree preserves. about 90 cal0

If it's something sweet you want.. you could go with the fat free jello pudding - whisk it up with half skim milk and half water, chill it in the fridge for 15 minutes.. and you can eat lots of it lol0

I eat pickles at night sometimes. A jar for 50 calories. Love it.0

I usually eat a small orange (80 calories) or I buy these nuts they sell at Target that have yogurt, peanuts, raisins and chocolate, but I pick out all the chocolate and give it to my husband. A 1/4 of a cup is 90 calories.0

It's nine PM. Call it a day. :yawn:0

First off don't just eat because you have 90 calories left but if you are hungry pick up some 90 cal snacks. (cereal bars, brownies) I use them at night after dinner as a little something. I also don't let ,used eat past 8pm either. If you like it cottage cheese low fat is 70 cal per serving or as someone else said jello or pudding.....good luck.0

a spoon of peanut butter
some chocolate chips
4 ounces of cab0 -
Drink a cup of skim milk0

Honestly? whatever I want if it fits in the 90 cals... If I already had a 'treat' today I wouldn't have another -- a great go to snack for me is a cheese string!0
-
I'd probably just eat an apple or yogurt....maybe a piece of cheese.0
-
I love Sugar free Jello with light whip cream....very low in calories and satisfies my sweet tooth0
-
if it were me I'd probably eat nothing and just continue to have some water and call it a day.0
-
String cheese0
-
A glass of skim milk. It's healthy and delicious and can help with sleep. Luckily I'm not remotely lactose intolerant.0
-
if I'm hungry, probably a piece of fruit
if I'm not hungry... nothing. 90 cals under isn't horrible.0 -
green pepper and cucumber slices (20-30cals?) with hummus (60cal per 2tbsp)0
-
sugar-free/fat free jell-o with a dollop of fat free cool whip
or the sugar free jell-o pudding cups that are 60 calories also with a dollop of cool whip = around 80 calories.
these are what i crave in the evenings, something dessert-like and I'm a sucker for ice cream, so these work great especially if the cool whip is frozen, yum!0 -
Pistachios. Yum!0
