Talk to your doctor not a webform post. It could be kidney failure, heart problems, or excessive fluid building-up somewhere and watch your sodium intake for a few weeks too. If it isn't your scale, get it checked and also, parathyroid disease can do it too.

I run into this problem a lot too lately. I even have IBS and this clean healthy diet helps with it. Eating a lot of red grapes, raisins, or have some dark chocolate once in awhile. All natural laxatives. A handful of red grapes at every meal will keep you normal. Or even as suggested earlier Miralax is a gentle and…

Just do your workouts at home. Its not worth the money honestly. Youtube.com has a bunch of different workouts if you get bored. Just stick to the cardio to shred off weight, its one of those things if you want it, You HAVE to do it.

Great work and great idea on tracking it with photos. It really helps to keep motivation going!! Keep it up don't stop!!!

I have the same issues with returning to the parental's roof. They're both overweight and don't care, not obese just overweight. Living at home has put the pounds on me...I eat the crap and even messes with my gluten allergies. I've begged and fought with them to get rid of the junk but now my mother just hides it in her…

I hardly eat sweets that was my treat for the week and I burned it all off exercising.

Yes, I drink enough water and they haven't started treating the thyroid yet with meds, with everything else going on.

After reading this article, I didn't know either you could eat the cal. back. This should help me out a lot. I was trying to burn all my cal. that I ate for the day and then extra cal. to burn 3500cal. a week. Maybe this will help my dieting issues.

That has got to be the most ignorant question i've heard in awhile. You may benefit from seeing a consoler if your self esteem is that low. Anyone can like any body its the self esteem and confidence that people give off, not their waistline.

Depends who is doing the work...but I've noticed if I make the sheets, I can burn at least 1lb by the next day. It might be water weight, but damn I am happy in more than one way. Certain well known stores have exercise balls for women. Those work too!

Don't bump it up at all. What you take in and burn does work as simple math as it comes. You get out what you give in. You want fat out don't give in a lot.

I love it, but the jumping is hard on the knees at times. It truly does push you, which is awesome. I love variety workouts like that.

If you have the insurance I would go see a doctor and have your heart checked. If your a smoker or on medications this may be why you have edema problems going on or something more serious such as a heart condition. You should suggest a stress test from the doctor or blood tests to make sure you are in good condition to be…

I have the disease since I was 12y/o and surgery for some of it. Weight loss sucks esp. in the belly area. Just a lot of extra cardio and try to over come the tiredness. You have the energy its just getting up and doing something to find it, otherwise sitting around makes you even more tired. Good luck! There also, is…

Asian aisle at the store has this bread krumbs that are wonderful to just throw the fish in after you dip it in beaten egg. You can then bake it and it comes out crispy, without being fried!

You have to eat smaller portions or just eat different food but sit down as a family at the table. I have to do this at the fire house and they don't care at all, some of them even support and encourage me for doing it.

Spices such as cinnamon, ginger, chili peppers, grape fruit (best one), and most important cut sugar out completely. I have the same problem, I can gain weight in a matter of 24hours without an issue, losing it sucks though.

Take a few days off, just for those day's off you should try walking and WITHOUT second thought eating super super healthy, so all that hard work doesn't go to waste!

I have hypthyroidism and I'm not medicated. Its hard very hard and belly fat is the worst to rid of. You will have to eat under 1200 cal. a day in order to lose the weight and do a lot more cardio. Small, very small meals, nothing over 300cal. in a seating. I cut sugar totally out expect natural raw fruit. Its good (hard)…

You may be eating too much with your new workout routine. You may feel hungry a lot more too with all the working out and eating more because of that (even if it is healthy eating). Watch and count every calorie as much as you can to figure it out. Cut sugar out of the diet, the human body was never meant to even have that…

My favorites are apples with peanutbutter or rits crackers with peanutbutter. I love yogurt and granola cereal too in a small small dish as a snack. Quaker vanishing oatmeal cookies are only 80 calories each as well, those are pretty good.
