  • I had to take yesterday off (day 3) I know but I was so tired and sore from the two previous day, am all set to continue tonight and push through for the rest of the week:)

  • From Louth don't have a problem about counting cals in irish food just fine something similar or use scanning app to find out cal details of foods and enter data on MFP.
  • I use this app to and i find it fantastic, the fact it tells you at intervals how long is left and the videos on how to do the exercises is great.
  • Count me in on this! was thinking of dusting off the dvd again every other day is good for me to as i am training for some races.
  • i use an app on my mobile phone. If you have a smart mobile phone you can download one, the basic "tracker" apps are mostly free. Oh and i would recommend getting a heart rate monitor watch invaluable when training. Good luck
  • HI ronniesgirl I used MFP to last year and lost 7lb however I gave up 4months ago and now have put on the 7lb plus another stone:( My own fault entirely) I found MFP really helpful but just got down on myself and into a rut. I hope this time i can start and keep going but need all the encouragement i can get:)

  • Well day 1 completed yesterday and boy do my arms hurt! I dread to see what level 2 will be like as i was gasping for air after 27 mins of level 1 and my arms were shaking afterwards and i only have 2.5KG weights will do it again tonight but i am hoping that after a few days the soreness in arm muscles will go away.
