Think of it this way... Would you set off on a long drive without fuelling the car first? Preload throughout the day. Keep an eye on your exercise calories, over a week or two, and use that as a guideline as to how many cals you need to be taking in on training days. Dont go overboard, then if you're a still under take a…

the 2nd picture is of the other side and has been laterally inverted. check the ring on the right hand ("left" on the 2nd image) and the text on the box in the 2nd image. The flash position, on the phone, has changed also.

I wouldnt go for the Wildfire, too buggy and slow, compared to the Desire. If you have the option go for the Desire HD, Sensation or the Galaxy Sll

given that their online product catalogue has the cheapest piece of kit at over £1500, i'd be inclined to ask a staff member at the gym before pluging anything into any of the ports. Could be an expensive New Year if it all went fizzbang!! :o)

yes.. and no. I run in the rain. Love it. No I dont care if anyone stares... I got over that one a long time back. People look at you whether its raining or not.

at the risk of sounding repetative... Kettlebell. :o) ( I kinda LOVE bell'in)

definately bumping this for later.

I REALLY struggled with the 25mins run... I think it was more psychological thing, then I pulled something in my hamstring, well the tendons behind my knee were hurting madly. Given it a week to rest and recover, then gonna re-do wk6. I WILL do this!!

tried plate pinches?

I sold all my volumes of the Encyclopedia Britanica, on EBay, when I met my missus... It was surplus to requirements, as she knows everything!!

I put mine in my jacket pocket, running the headphone cable down the inside of the jacket, out the bottom and back into the pocket. Seems to work ok this way, other than when the cable drops a little and it "pulls" on the earbud, a little. Its no biggie, just niggles abit. As a man, this way, you never foget you've got…

Fair play.. you got me there... alas you missed on£.. ;o) Might I ask who "Selector" is? Why dont you get off your "what i know I KNOW" horse and post some proof that what you're doing is actually working? People may then take what you say a little more seriously. Yes, people post what others have said.. That isn't what I…

I never said that YOU had to prove anything about YOURSELF. BUT you continually atempt to disscredit time proven methods, methods that many follow, methods are proven successful (albeit some people do fail using them, but with tweeks can be successful), with your "MY WAY WORKS" posts. What im asking for is for YOU to prove…

The time I spent in, and around, gyms from 16 to 25, time spent with competitive bodybuilding firends, both male and female.... I NEVER saw nor heard anyone using this method. They did, however, use their own eyes by checking out their reflection and reading the tape measure. Competitive bodybuilders aren't that interested…

well... I tried it. Set off, after my 5min warm up walk, and stopped to take a drink at 15mins. 30secs or so and back at it. I managed 25mins, in total, then ran out of trail. I felt it alot more than the 20min W5D3. Maybe the drop back is to allow your legs to "recover" from the 20min run, growing more acustomed to the…

See now.. this kinda puzzles me. Why get to a single 20min run then drop back? Yea I know its a tried n tested method to build stamina and endurance, BUT at the end of my 20min W5D3 run, I felt like I could have easily squeezed out the next 10mins. Im tempted to jump into the battle, that is W9, and see how I get on. Any…

Was still a little stiff, yesterday, so I was up and out at 6am this morning.. IN THE RAIN!! I might add..... 5 min warm up walk, then the voice in my ear buds said "right.. get ready.. 20mins none stop...." O M G G!! Half talking myself out of it, I focused, dug deep, sniffed back the rain drops trickling down my nose and…

I set my alarm for 5.15am and im out running by 5.30. I find that running in the morning keeps my pace up. When running through the woods, in the dark... You dont hang around!! For other workouts.. kettlebell/gym/swim/whatever I fit it in as and when.

Did D1 on Sunday... D2 wednesday and doing D3 tomorrow. Legs a little sore this morning... Didnt help kettlebelling the hell out of my legs on Tuesday!!!

I've swam with the watch, but never tried wearing the hrm strap in the pool. I've had it under the tap a few times with no issues....

another vote here for Tesco. I got their "puls-tech" hrm watch. It has 3 zones, pluse you can set one of your own, shows Current HR, Average HR and records fat and calorie burns. £20. job done!!
