  • I completed the 30 day shred and I was logging 200 to 300 cal burned each day. The workout is high energy. I have a cheap HRM $16 one from Twiian or somewhere and it showed that I burned 367 cal with the workout. Good luck.
  • I had the same problem. Read some of my posts. I started out working out 2 times per day 30 to 45 minutes and put on weight. Clothes fit tighter and all. Thought why even bother. Stick with it. I started losing finally. Try different things. Not one thing works for all. Good luck. Ndnlou
