Hello, I just joined yesterday after stumbling across this on accident while searching for nutrition information on food items. So far I love it! I am a very active 39 y/o mother of three. I enjoy most types of exercise but mostly do cardio and strength training. I would love to do yoga on a regular basis but it is not available to me in the small town I live in. My goal is to run a 5K, I was on my way to accomplishing that goal last fall but just a few weeks before the race I had a car accident and injured my leg. I am back in business working on losing my lost few extra pounds and working towards my first race.

Hi Dragonfly!
I have been here just over a month and I love it. I do yoga at home, from the DVD player. I bought a yoga kit from a big box store several years ago & a beginners program for under $40. Once you try it, you probably won't want to stop! Good luck running the 5k. I need to start running again! When I was, I was able to loose weight faster.
