I'd seriously question this. I'd be interested in the research carried out that lead to these conclusions.

I did it for the first time last night and liked it. I used it as a warm up before pole training (I did level one). I might continue to use it as a warm up and use levels 2/3 as a morning work out, depending on how I get on with them. I have to say the shoulder press squats were great, my shoulders ached!

I upped my calories and lost weight unintentionally. To relly work out how many caloried you need per day, try the Harris Benedict equation. Try this site: http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/harris-benedict-equation/ I've found it helpful.

I've recently had a conditioning workshop with my instructor and I understand why you ask now. I wasn't stretching everyday for a start. I'm not sure what the names of the ones I've started doing are, but for one I lie on my back, hips squared and pull a leg in towards me for 10 seconds, then push against for 10, deep…

I've never heard of this diet; what is it? From what I gather it involves injecting hormones? I couldn't handle 500 cals a day. I'd start eating my desk.

Imagine how you'll feel when you hit 189 ;)

True. But would it fully support the demand if we did that? I dunno, although it might work. All the quotes are starting to make my head hurt! And this discussion's gone a bit off course from the OP's orignal post I guess

I'd also like to add, if we wern't eating meat, we wouldn't be breeding animals at such a high rate. We wouldn't need to slaughter loads of them.

Bras with a bit of padding are great when it's cold. I don't like the smuggling raisins look. Does anyone?

It's been an hour and a half now. I'm so hoping you've found him, and maybe this is the bit where things get so much worse before they get better? In my experience, once someone's admitted they've got a problem, it's OK for a bit e.g. a few weeks, then they have a massive relapse that is bloody awful, but is like the start…

This is supposed to be a supportive forum. Maybe this is off subject but we're not here to put people down, we're here to help each other. Well, some of us anyway.

^ That's supportive! I find the healthier I eat, the less I actually like unhealthy foods. I don't actually need to loose weight, but I'm always tryig for a flatter belly! I do find when I'm feeling stressed or low, I feel fatter and uglier, but when I'm happy, or just content, I'm more accepting of myself. Is anything up…

A good varied diet is the best way to get all you need, but I have a protein shake 4/7 days a week as I'm veggie and not a great fan of meat substitutes. Looking for vitamins that help release energy from fat may help, like vitman B5 (pantothenic acid).

All great ideas guys, thanks!

I absolutely love it! It's done wonders for my self esteem as well as being brilliant for toning up and flexibilty. It tones muscles you didnt know you had and making up dance routines is hard work. I googled how many calories it can burn and the results were a bit vague, but one site said 250 in an hour+half. It certainly…
