Quick Question... When you say coconut milk...is it in a can? I havent used it before so Im not sure. Ive also seen a box which has coconut powder in it (not shredded, but powder) and you can add water in it to make milk. Would that be ok?

I start at resistance level 2 or 3 and do that for the first 12-15 mins...and then switch to level 7 and do that for as long as i can..and bring it down if its too much (but stay b/w6-8) for the remainder of the workout which is another 30 mins or so. i thought so too...but doesnt muscle take up less volume than fat and hence shuold be thinner? Definately have bigger quads! Maybe will try Yoga! thanks!
