Weights? Reps or Heavy?
Im confused...basically I need to lose weight and tone up...(Lose a lot of weight) should I be lifting heavy weights? Or should I do more reps with light weights?

Elliptical not doing it for me!
I typically do the elliptical for about 35-40 mins....keep my heart rate elevated (HRM says 75% ) and after that I do some strength training excercises. When are your rest days?
I usually work out 5-6 days a week ..with one day of rest... During the 5-6 days I usually do my elliptical, strength training (with weights, ab workout, arm excercises) and some days Zumba..dont have a set schedule, just do as I can. What are your rest days? Should I rest more/less? Just trying to see what others do?

Best post workout snack?
Any suggestions for a quick post workout snack? I am new to this ..but it seems like protein is the best thing to eat post workout? I do quite a bit of strength training and cardio...but typically just eat a yogurt when im back from the gym. Are there better alternates to this? Thanks!

Thighs bigger?

Going over on sugar on MFP
