I usually get a limit of 33-35 gm of sugar on my MFP (the days I excercise) and the day that i dont my limit is 24 or so...but im noticing i can easily go over that limit. ..just with some fruit and cereal or hot cocoa....
do you all go over easily? and should i worry a lot since fruits are mainly natural sugars?
Just trying to make sure I am doing it correctly !

well they recommend to eat no more than 25 g of ADDED sugar... granted, all sugar is processed the same, but added sugars such as high fructose corn sugar and sucrose are not MEANT for our body to take in. Do not limit your intake of fruits to less than 2-3 servings a day (seeing as you have a small build)... just worry about the added sugars. I have the same problem, because I love fruit and sugary things, but i only try and limit the added sugars, therefore when I have fruit, my sugar intake is not AS high as it would be if i had added sugars. Again, there is no recommended daily value for sugar, but there is for fruit!

If you are interested in all things sugar - both added & natural - check this article out. I found it very insightful though still left a little confused on the black & white of quotas.

I'm also always going over on my sugar even though I don't add it to anything except for tea and I only have one or two cups a day, I don't eat loads of sweets or treats and even just eating fresh, healthy food I go over.. If I eat a banana after the gym, that's it half my sugar allowance gone.....i find it unrealistic to be honest unless you cut out fruit!
