Thighs bigger?

Even with lots of excercise I just seem to be increasing my thigh size! What could be going on?
I havent measured, but will start doing so today. But my jeans/pants all are tighter from the thighs. I have had no weight loss, but I figured with excercises my thighs at least wouldnt have increased?

I usually do cardio (elliptical and/or stationary bike) and weight training.

    You're building more muscle there I believe.

    Eliptical and Bikes, will build up those Quads I would think. Also double check what your diet is.
  • maybe your just building muscle in your thighs which isnt bad will look leaner in the long run as females dont have the hormones to burn gaint muscles, yoga might be good for leaner muscles

    i thought so too...but doesnt muscle take up less volume than fat and hence shuold be thinner?
    Definately have bigger quads!

    It would depend on the size of your quads originally, and whether the fat is moving from there or not.
