I just saw this post and it seems since there are more than 20 repliers, maybe we could start a new group (love the grup competition idea) I would LOVE to be a part of this - it would get me focused through the beginning of school, my birthday (the big 40, minus 1 - YIKES!!!) and the holidays. I swear it has something to do with the job....... (I am a prekindergarten teacher) I work out twice a day. HARDCORE. And every day I eat the wrog stuff and too much of it. Oreos, cupcakes, pudding - this is what 18 people eat in front of me everyday! It is so hard to not want junk, let alone ave people bring it in for you…

I LOVE LOVE LOVE turbofire, but here the thing...I did Turbo jam for a few years before I got turbo fire - so I know the moves. TF has A LOT of plyometrics, so unless you are really hardcore, i'd start with turbo jam. Good luck!

I am starting Monday July 11th. I have had TF for a year and have done most of the workouts - not in the planned rotation, though. I am comitted to doing this!
