  • I love my walks ailso. I do 2 miles at 3.0mph on treadmill 5 days. Then on Saturdays I mow my yard. It takes 1 hour to cover the front and back yards. Then I rest one day a week.   • I like how I can make people laugh. I am sort of the clown at work. when it gets a little tense in the clinic I will do something off the wall to make people laugh and start talking about it. I like how I can do just about any crafts. I love my relationship with my husband. J-

  • I quit sodas 3 weeks ago.I was really bad on the diet cokes. I have replaced with crystal light packets for bottle water. I really like the fruit punch. Only 5 calories per bottle of water.   • very excited you quit smoking. I quit in november on smoke out day. But i gained a bunch of weight. I am determined to get it off. You hang in there. Fight the urges. They only last a few seconds. It will be worth it in the long run.
