Hello .
I am new to this site .I really don't need to lose weight, more to maintain my weight between 120 to 125 lbs.
I have just recently stopped smoking and really instead of gaining weight I have lost a couple of pounds.
I am from Tennessee
Looking forward to chatting with others here

very excited you quit smoking. I quit in november on smoke out day. But i gained a bunch of weight. I am determined to get it off. You hang in there. Fight the urges. They only last a few seconds. It will be worth it in the long run.

    dnjcountry & clynpaint,

There is a thread started on MyFitnessPal about being non-smokers after having smoked for many years. If you would like to visit, here is the link:

Thank you for your replies and I sure will go to that non-smokers site.
I used the Farmers Almanac to quit on the day they said was the best day to stop and it works
Keep up the good work on losing weight hon
