I JUST started 30 day shred. Previously was doing Hip Hop Abs. I plan on 30 day 3 days a week, walking 60 min 2 days a week, and then something on Saturdays with Sundays being my rest days. I also try to do 30 min of yoga in the am.

My work's response to smelly poops is to put overwhelmingly smelly air fresheners spray cans in each stall which everyone feels the need to use copious amounts of. Also, the "but we've always done it this way" people.

It is hard. My fiance doesn't need to lose anything and the worst is getting up an hour earlier than he does to workout by myself. That's why I turned to MFP. They are probably self-conscious about the way they eat and rather than take control of themselves they choose to pick on you. I love my shoulders and am starting to be able to see my collar bones. I also have shoulder blades! I haven't had those for years!! Also, my fiance told me he likes be able to hug me closer.

I read somewhere that it takes about 4 weeks to notice it in yourself, 6 weeks for family and friends, and 12 for the rest of the world. My fiance (who is also long-distance) says he's noticed a change in my attitude. That I seem happier.

5'0" Currently 160lbs. Currently wearing 10/12 pants and M/L tops (again depending on brand, etc.) Started out 182 wearing an 18 and XL. My goal is to get to a size 7 or so. Where I was in HS where I felt me best.
