Do strength training at least twice per week and keep your daily protein intake HIGH........... Nothing strips away bodyfat better than adding LEAN MUSCLE !!!!
-
I never eat back any of the calories that I burn through working out, also my weight loss has been achieved with hardly any cardio, it was purely strength training.

Age is just a Number !!! Just follow the basics like I did and you will get great results, all you need is a bench, a set of dumbbells, lift heavy for 6-8 reps, do 3 sets, workout 3 times a week ( mon / wed / fri ) make sure your diet is clean, eat plenty of protein.
