Most of my support comes from my husband... he is awesome when it comes to that! <3

Hey I'm in Mama L's group too! :) Add me! I'm also doing RI30 for the Jillian Challenge, but I started a week early so I'm on Week 2 now.

I actually bought my Polar FT 40 on eBay fairly cheap; I think it was around $50-60.
-
I cannot stand hearing or seeing "hella" or "FML". "Hella" is just stupid and "FML" is so negative like the person is saying "I give up on my entire life".

I drink almond milk because dairy milk makes my skin break out and I also like the taste better than dairy milk.

Going on birth control was the main cause; but also not dealing well with deployments during first two years of marriage.

I want in! :) SW 163 CW 160 Christmas GW 140 UGW 115

I actually have the Fitbit AND the Polar FT 40. :) I like using the Fitbit to track my everyday activity, steps, etc, but the Polar is much more accurate in tracking calorie burn during workouts, especially if you're doing more than just walking or running.

I'm 5'3" and my goal weight is 115-120 and a size 4-6.

Here's a full channel of pilates workouts (they're tough too!): http://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates. She also has a blog you can subscribe to so you know when there are new workouts, plus free monthly workout plans! www.blogilates.com. And BODYROCK.tv, tons of free but tough workouts! They're all around 20 minutes I…

I'm doing a CLX and Insanity hybrid right now... I found it and others here: http://soreyfitness.com/beachbody-hybrid-workouts/
-
I'm adding you! :) I'm planning to start Atkins soon.
-
I'm doing Insanity right now and my base calorie goal is around 1300... on the days that I do Insanity, I eat some of my workout calories back. EX: Today I burned around 500 calories, so I'll eat about 250 back. That's just how I do it; I've found that, for me, if I eat all my workout calories back, I don't lose weight.
-
I'm doing an Insanity hybrid right now, but I'm not following the nutrition guide. I have my own collection of healthy recipes that I've found on healthy food blogs and Pinterest. Another tip: prep everything for the week as soon as you get home from grocery shopping; makes cooking much easier and faster! :)

Buy a Camelbak water bottle!!! (http://www.amazon.com/CamelBak-BPA-Free-Better-Bottle-Valve/dp/B0019DCD7U) I bought one a few months back and I drink sooo much more water now!
-
I'm doing it in a hybrid with Chalean Extreme; started this week... great job, by the way!
-
I have Muscle Milk by Cytosport now and it tastes good (vanilla being the best). Cytosport makes a Whey Isolate too; I would assume the taste wouldn't be much different.

I agree with the above posters... the trainer was definitely trying to get a sale. Weight training is definitely a good idea, but keep up with the running too! :) I just started Chalean Extreme to get my weight lifting in... and in the privacy of my own home. :)

I have a Polar F11 that I got fairly cheap on eBay, and I love it! I don't think they make the F11 anymore. That's why I think it's a good idea to check eBay, especially if you're price-conscious. And I don't even notice the chest strap when I'm working out.

I just started a CE/BBL hybrid this week... I found it here: http://soreyfitness.com/beachbody-hybrid-workout-schedules/

Amazing job! You're looking great!

Chewing gum helps me resist foods... hope it helps!

My husband and I go out to eat once a week for a date night... occasionally we'll meet up with friends and eat out another night too but that's only about 2 times per month in addition to the weekly.
-
I started a Chalean Extreme/Brazil Butt Lift hybrid today. :) Add me if you want! :)

On various types of birth control in the past 5 years, I've gained 40 pounds! :( and that was with working out and eating right. Went off it last month because I was so sick of it, which has helped. I know you (OP) said that's not an option for you. Good luck!

1500 is my goal... after exercise, I try to keep my net calories at 1200-1400

I did it on carpet without much problem... it's much better with trainers than running shoes during certain moves. I personally would never do it without shoes on; too much risk for injury.
