I can use all the help I can get. Left to my own devices I allow myself to skip a workout, throw in an extra heap o mashed potatoes or have another cocktail. MAYbe, juuuuust maybe, that's how I ended up in this pickle. Hell, maybe I don't need friends, I need a drill instructor. Add away!

Next time you lug in your groceries put heels on. And instead of puting the groceries down, carry them around and dance for an hour or so. I bet your feet would feel better if your weren't dancing with melting ice-cream. Uh, wait... why did you buy ice-cream anyway?

The only way you'll be defeated is if you give up. So don't do that. Try weight lifting. Why not? You don't have anything to loose (pun intended) by mixing up your workout and letting people in the know evaluate your fuel input. And the really good news is that there is a whole bunch of people on this site wanting to help…
